Imagery is representative of the stone type and visual character. Natural stone varies between slabs and lots. Current material will be presented for review as part of the sourcing process.

Arcera does not require the customer to choose from a fixed warehouse catalogue. We help identify and source the appropriate stone for the project.

Stone is sourced to order, with a typical lead time of eight to 12 weeks. Timing depends on the selected stone, quantity, finish, supplier availability and freight requirements.

Common questions
How long does it take to source stone?

Allow approximately eight to 12 weeks from confirmation of the selected stone and order. Timing depends on the stone, quantity, finish, supplier availability and freight, and remains subject to production, shipping and customs.

Does Arcera hold stone in stock?

Stone is sourced to order against the requirements of your project. Where Arcera has verified material available, it is shown on the relevant stone page with its current availability.

Does the website imagery show the exact slab I will receive?

No. Imagery is representative of the stone type and its visual character. Natural stone varies between slabs and lots, so current material is presented for review as part of the sourcing process before anything is confirmed.

Can I request a sample or slab viewing?

Yes. Sample and viewing requests can be included in a sourcing enquiry. What can be provided depends on the material and the stage the sourcing process has reached.

Can Arcera help estimate how many slabs are required?

Arcera can provide an initial view based on dimensions or plans. Final slab yield should be confirmed through detailed layout, fabrication and vein-matching requirements.
